facial Capillaries and cherry spots

Visible facial capillaries (sometimes called “broken capillaries” or telangiectasia) and cherry spots (small, bright red skin bumps) are common concerns that can affect confidence and comfort. These changes may appear as fine red lines, clusters, or small dots on the skin—often on the cheeks, nose, or chin. While they are usually harmless, many people seek treatment for cosmetic reasons or to improve facial evenness
