Dr Elizabeth Dawes-Higgs is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She has a degree in Medicine and Engineering and has been awarded a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Sydney. Elizabeth practices in Northbridge at Northern Sydney Dermatology and is a Visiting Medical Officer at Concord Repatriation General hospital.

• Skin Cancers – basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, Bowens disease and melanoma. Also long term management of solar damage and solar keratoses.
• Acne – Usually seen in teenagers but may persist into adulthood and be lifelong. Treatment includes both topical and oral medications.
• Dermatitis –A common condition that can be short-lived or persistent. There are many types and they include atopic dermatitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis and allergic contact dermatitis.
